Paper Legs is a collaboration between guitarist Trevor Healy and percussionist Brian Osborne.
Their improvisations live between the early explorations of AMM and the dense noise of Double Leopards. Paper Legs work primarily with 12-string guitar, percussion, feedback, sine wave and electronics. They layer scraped and resonant sounds with chiming melody to build interlocking patterns and meditative drones. The duo form has allowed them to explore the use of electronics with amplified acoustic instruments and objects with time and clarity. Paper Leg is a solo version of the project performed by Trevor on the West Coast, and Brian on the East Coast.
